Is this chiller compatible with IPG, Raycus, or JPT lasers?
Yes. The CWFL-1000 works with any 1000W fiber laser that uses standard Rp1/2" coolant ports. Just confirm your required flow rate and setpoint temperature when ordering.
Can it operate below 10°C ambient temperature?
Yes-with the built-in dual 600W heaters, it can maintain stable coolant temperature even in cold workshops (down to 5°C ambient).
What maintenance is required?
Clean the external dust filter monthly and replace coolant every 3–6 months (depending on water quality). No internal servicing is needed under normal conditions.
Do you support factory automation integration?
Yes. With customization, we can add RS485/Modbus interface for PLC communication and remote monitoring.
