1. The X-axis and Y-axis of the laser cutting machine move in opposite directions and collide with the side end. This phenomenon requires checking if the motherboard parameters are incorrect and stopping the machine to check if there are any problems with the motherboard parameter settings.
2. The control panel of the laser cutting machine displays normally, but the X-axis and Y-axis do not move. You can try unplugging the sensor terminals on the motherboard to see if the machine is moving. In this case, you need to consider replacing the sensor.
3. The crossbeam reset is normal, but the X-axis of the laser cutting machine does not reset. It is possible that the motor wire or motor shaft is broken, and this phenomenon requires replacing the motor wire or small motor.
4. When resetting, the direction is correct, but when it reaches the vertex, the X-axis or Y-axis cannot stop (check the motherboard parameters first). If it is correct, check the motherboard or sensor and replace it to eliminate this phenomenon.
